Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of Model Mastery products and services are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our offerings, which provide immediate access to digital content including course materials, coaching resources, community platforms, scripts, templates, and standard operating procedures, refunds are not available once access has been granted.

2. Digital Access Waiver

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to digital content and services.
• You consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period that would otherwise apply to distance sales.
• By requesting and accepting immediate access to digital content, you lose your right to cancel and receive a refund.

This waiver applies to all tiers and all products offered by Model Mastery.

3. No Exceptions

No refund, partial refund, credit, or exchange will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use or engage with the content provided
• Dissatisfaction with results (results depend on individual effort and execution)
• Technical difficulties on your end (internet, device, platform access)
• Personal circumstances or financial hardship

4. Payment Plans

If you are on a payment plan, you remain liable for the full programme fee regardless of whether you continue to access or use the services. Cancellation of a payment plan does not cancel your obligation to pay the remaining balance.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of access and collection proceedings for the outstanding amount.

5. Mandatory Pre-Dispute Contact

You must:

1. Email support@oscarcrook.com with a clear description of your concern.
2. Allow a minimum of 7 business days for us to investigate and respond.
3. Engage in good faith to resolve the matter directly.

We are committed to addressing any legitimate concerns promptly and fairly. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

6. Chargeback Administrative Fee

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank or payment provider without first completing the mandatory pre-dispute contact process outlined in Section 5, you agree to pay an administrative fee of £500.

This fee covers the costs incurred by Model Mastery in responding to and managing the dispute, including but not limited to:

• Evidence compilation and documentation
• Administrative time and processing
• Payment processor fees and penalties
• Legal review costs

This fee is in addition to the original purchase amount and is payable immediately upon initiation of the dispute.

7. Fraudulent Chargebacks

If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or filed in bad faith (e.g., after accessing and consuming digital content), Model Mastery reserves the right to:

• Pursue recovery of all amounts owed, including the £500 administrative fee
• Terminate your access to all services and platforms immediately
• Report the matter to relevant fraud prevention agencies
• Take legal action to recover losses

8. Your Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase with Model Mastery, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Return & Refund Policy
• You consent to receiving immediate access to digital content
• You waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
• You understand that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued
• You agree to contact us before initiating any payment dispute
• You agree to the £500 administrative fee for disputes filed without prior contact

9. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
