1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services, and digital content provided by Model Mastery, operated by Oscar Crook ("we", "us", "our") through the website oscarcrook.com and associated platforms.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or make a purchase. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products & Services

Model Mastery offers digital coaching and mentorship services across four tiers. Each tier provides varying levels of access to digital course materials, community platforms, coaching calls, standard operating procedures, and support resources.

The specific deliverables, features, and access included in each tier are communicated during the sales process and upon enrolment. We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve the content and structure of our programmes at any time to ensure quality and relevance.

Our products are educational in nature. We provide knowledge, systems, and frameworks based on real business experience. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome or result (see Section 10).

4. Application & Enrolment

Submitting an application does not guarantee enrolment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. If accepted, you will be invited to a call to discuss the programme and determine the appropriate tier.

5. Payment

All payments are processed through Whop and/or Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of checkout, including the total price, any applicable payment plan, and billing schedule.

If you are on a payment plan, you are liable for the full programme fee regardless of whether you continue to use the service. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of access and collection proceedings.

6. Refund Policy — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, which provide immediate access to digital content, courses, and community platforms upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you expressly acknowledge and consent that:

• Digital content and services are made available to you immediately upon purchase.
• You waive your 14-day cancellation right by requesting and receiving immediate access to digital content.
• Once access is granted, no refund, partial refund, or credit will be provided under any circumstances.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating any dispute with your bank or payment provider, you must contact us directly at support@oscarcrook.com and allow a minimum of 7 business days for resolution.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing reasonable time for resolution, you agree to pay an administrative fee of £500 to cover the costs of dispute management, evidence compilation, and processing. This fee is in addition to the original purchase amount.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of Model Mastery programmes — including but not limited to course materials, video content, written guides, standard operating procedures, scripts, templates, frameworks, community posts, and call recordings — is the exclusive intellectual property of Model Mastery and Oscar Crook.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use this content solely for your own personal and business use in connection with the programme.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any content
• Share, distribute, or make content available to any third party
• Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any content
• Record, screenshot, or capture calls, live sessions, or video content unless expressly permitted
• Use any content to create competing products or services

Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

9. User Conduct

As a member of Model Mastery, you agree to:

• Treat all members, staff, and Oscar with respect
• Not share login credentials or grant access to non-members
• Not spam, harass, or engage in disruptive behaviour on any community platform
• Not misrepresent your results, experience, or affiliation with Model Mastery
• Comply with the rules and guidelines of all platforms used (Discord, Skool, Whop)

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access for any member who violates these conduct standards, at our sole discretion, without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability & Earnings Disclaimer

Model Mastery provides educational content and mentorship. We share real results from Oscar Crook's own business operations. However:

• We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific income, revenue, or business results.
• Your results depend entirely on your own effort, skill, resources, market conditions, and execution.
• Any income figures, case studies, or testimonials shared are individual results and are not typical or guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Model Mastery and Oscar Crook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any Model Mastery service at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity or chargebacks
• You share, distribute, or misuse intellectual property
• Your conduct is disruptive or harmful to the community

Termination does not entitle you to any refund. Any outstanding payment obligations remain in effect.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Model Mastery, Oscar Crook, and their affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
