End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Model Mastery, operated by Oscar Crook ("Licensor", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of all digital content, course materials, and resources provided through the Model Mastery programme.

By accessing any Model Mastery content, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the content.

1. Licence Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a:

• Personal licence — for your individual use only
• Non-exclusive licence — the same content may be licensed to other users
• Non-transferable licence — you may not assign, sublicence, or transfer your access to any other person
• Revocable licence — we may revoke access for breach of this Agreement
• Limited licence — restricted to accessing and using the content for your personal learning and business development

This licence covers all materials provided as part of your Model Mastery tier, including but not limited to video lessons, written guides, standard operating procedures, scripts, templates, frameworks, call recordings, and community content.

2. Restrictions

You must not, under any circumstances:

• Share — give, lend, or make available your login credentials or any content to any third party
• Copy — reproduce, download (beyond what the platform permits for personal viewing), duplicate, or screenshot content for distribution
• Redistribute — upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise distribute any content through any channel, platform, or medium
• Resell — sell, sublicence, rent, lease, or commercially exploit any content or materials
• Modify — alter, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the content
• Record — capture, screen-record, or audio-record live calls, coaching sessions, or video content unless expressly permitted in writing
• Compete — use the content to create, market, or sell competing products, courses, or mentorship programmes

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials across all platforms used for content delivery (including Skool, Discord, and Whop).

You must:

• Use a strong, unique password for each platform
• Not share your login details with anyone
• Notify us immediately at support@oscarcrook.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If we detect multiple simultaneous logins, shared access patterns, or other evidence of account sharing, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice or refund.

4. Intellectual Property Ownership

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through Model Mastery remain the exclusive property of Model Mastery and Oscar Crook. This includes all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you. Your licence grants access rights only — not ownership.

5. Content Updates

We may update, modify, add to, or remove content from the programme at any time to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance. We are not obligated to maintain any specific piece of content indefinitely. Updates and improvements are provided at our discretion and may vary by tier.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Model Mastery content is delivered through third-party platforms including Skool, Discord, and Whop. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies, in addition to this EULA. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party platforms.

7. No Warranty on Income Results

Model Mastery provides educational content based on real business experience and results. However:

• We make no warranty, guarantee, or representation regarding your potential income, earnings, or business results.
• Any income figures, revenue screenshots, or case studies shared are individual results and are not typical or guaranteed.
• Your success depends on numerous factors entirely within your control, including your effort, skill, execution, resources, and market conditions.
• The content is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Model Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the content.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tier giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any actions you take based on the content, including business decisions, financial commitments, or third-party interactions.

9. Termination

We may terminate your licence and revoke access to all content immediately and without prior notice if you:

• Breach any term of this EULA
• Share, copy, or redistribute any content
• Share your account credentials with a third party
• Engage in conduct that is harmful to the community or business
• Initiate a chargeback without following the pre-dispute process in our Return & Refund Policy

Upon termination:

• Your access to all content and platforms will be revoked
• You must immediately cease using any downloaded or saved materials
• No refund will be issued
• Sections of this Agreement relating to intellectual property, liability, and indemnification survive termination

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Model Mastery, Oscar Crook, and their affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of this EULA
• Your use or misuse of the content
• Any business activities you undertake based on the content
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Model Mastery regarding your use of the content and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
